Terms & Conditions
Please note that business with designing Bali, and Hemisphere Design, are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Orders
A minimum of 50% deposit is required upon receipt of all orders. Final payment is required prior to the completion of the goods. We will only commence work or place orders when funds have been cleared in our account.
Ordered goods will be checked and collected only once the balance due is received by our bank and cleared into our specified bank account.
All items remain the property of Hemisphere Design Ltd until full payment is made, including our fees.
Our minimum order is for US$5000.

Production
Production times can vary depending on the goods, and the supplier. Please allow six to eight weeks for production as a minimum, and a further two weeks to check and replace if necessary. Whilst designing Bali will make every effort to ensure your production schedules are met, we cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control.
Payment
Payment can be made by TT or IMT to our account bank account. We invoice in US Dollars. Please note that invoices in US Dollars may be subject to currency fluctuations, if not paid within our invoice terms.
Quality Control
designing Bali will inspect and liaise with the customer to ensure that your orders are of the highest possible standards. We will make every reasonable attempt to check, and monitor the production and the final product (to a maximum of two visits to the supplier). However we cannot be held responsible for any flaws in either the design or manufacture, colouration, production, or for any damage in shipping. Any insurance of your goods in transit are your responsibility, but we can arrange this if required.
Copyright
The copyright in the design / designs in all items supplied by designing Bali and / or Hemisphere Design Limited remain the property of Hemisphere Design Limited in all territories for the duration of copyright and my not be copied or reproduced without permission. All rights reserved.
Liablity
In addition to the liability limitations above, designing Bali or Hemisphere Design Limited or its principals or employees shall have no private or public liability for the items sourced or purchased from, via or by them, or the design therein, nor for any use, misuse, damage to or caused by or injury caused by said items.
The clients acknowledge that said items are often 'rustic' in nature.
